Greetings!
Finally finding time to share some of my March weekends with you :)
My Human's workie stuff seems to get in the way a lot, as I wish I could spend every day here in the fluffy cold stuff!!! But, we have found some March weekends to enjoy time in the mountains... So we hop in our camper, drive 4 hours up the road, and ahhhhh!
Last weekend was one of my favorites this month....new snow, lots of time in the new snow...and some new furpals too!
I am ALWAYS ready! Mom now brings spare orange balls...I am pretty particular about my choice of game balls! And when more fluffy white stuff comes out of the sky...well, although I am a great digger, the new snow sometimes eats my ball!
Saturday morning was pretty socked in, so I charmed mom into a DAY of just hanging out and playing with me in the snows!
You cannot tire me out in the meadow! Late afternoon Saturday, we had found a nice spot for MORE ball time...and I had a fantastic time meeting some new furpals!
We all happened to show up at the same spot... and had a great game going!
Mom would launch the ball, Max (cattle-mix) would herd me to the ball, Casey (lab) would steal the ball, and puppies Rocco (golden) and Bingo (rottie mix) would just bitey-tackle during each play. Our game went on forever, and oh what fun!
Oh, wow! It's in the 80s here and the AC is on. I'd love to play ANY game in the snow! Can I come over?!?!
ReplyDeletePlay bows,
Zim
I'm so jealous that you have snow and I don't, Sierra Rose! Our weatherman predicted snow showers but he lied!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Mitch
What fun in the snow! We only had one snow storm this year and Finn definitely missed out on all that fun! Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun to play in the snow with all those furiends!! Bingo looks like an especially nice fureind ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh how gorgeous - we are already missing snow and the Sierras! But we do wish you were also here with us, hanging out in some beautiful grassy and sagey meadows. That ball play has Avalon drooling and what is that toy you are playing with in the first picture? I am most interested in that! Again, we wish you were here so much - we miss you!
ReplyDeleteHuge hugs xoxoxoxo
Sammie and Avalon
We only got 3.5 inches of snow all winter here, so you can imagine how much we LOVE seeing you and your pals romping in the snow. It sure looks like fun. We had temps in the 80s today, very strange for the last day of March in Kansas.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
What is that white stuff?
ReplyDeleteI almost remember it!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
We are well into spring here and hardly had enough snow this year to even make a snowball--So play a little longer, and have a little more fun and just for us, okay? :-)
ReplyDeleteOh mans, I'd do anything to be there with you playing with all those furpals. Orange Ball...did I see an orange ball...I'm getting all breathy...sorry...I loves them too and sometimes the snow eats mine up...aaargh! Fun watching your adventures...hope to catch more in April!
ReplyDeleteWas wondering if you got to play in the snow! I hear Vail is buying Kirkwood. Now your pass might be good here in CO, and you can come to visit, Sierra Rose!
ReplyDeleteWow Sierra Rose! What a supreme outing in the beautiful snow covered mountains you had! :D Looks like great fun playing with your fur pals :)
ReplyDeleteWaggin at ya,
Roo
Wow you still have LOTS of snow!
ReplyDeleteStop on by for a visit

Hey Sierra, so glad you got some snow time in the mountains again!
ReplyDeleteSnow AND furpals, what a fun mix that must have been!
Just seeing you play in the snow puts a big smile on my face for the day!
Cyber Belly Rubs to you
Hugs to Mom for the great pics
