Pinecrest Lake is at 5,600 feet above Sonora, CA. We spent the weekend there this weekend, and I got to ride in the kayak again! Loved checking things out...this is a pretty lake, surrounded by granite bluffs at the end, cabins all around, and a large beach area...lots to check out...
There are some cliffs in the way back...and a boat that transports people and cabin stuff behind us...

Hiya Sierra! I admire your ability to stay in that kayak. I've never been around one but I think I would wanna jump out. Enjoy! Love seein' you and your 2 leggers enjoyin' all the beautiful outdoors!

We been having troubles with our computer so we haven't done the tag yet but I got a whopper. I stole a whole order of pancake puppys from Dennys. They was wonderful but I had a belly ache so Mommy wanted to know if it waazs worth it.

Yay for the kayaking. I haven't quite got the hang of it yet (Mom promised to take me to a lake, rather than the Colorado River so we can give it a try), but it looks like you had a GREAT time! And you are getting BIG!!!

ReplyDeleteWe have one of them there kayak things out by our garage. Our sissy's husband owns it and he occassionally comes over and takes it out on the lake where he acts as a sinker target for the big power boats. That sure looked like a fun weekend. Do you know where a place called Herlong is?
