From 25 Ways to Improve Your Health

Hi ya pals! Nothing too exciting to report from my week.....although, mom says I am driving her NUTS with all my energy and snaggle-toothing of the house sometimes!!?!?!? Isn't that what puppies are supposed to do? Anyway, just a few shots of one of our favorite parkies and then some funny photos (we imagine you have already seen them, but funny to look at again) from 25 Ways to Improve Your Health... Enjoy.

'Control your alcohol habits
'Love thy neighbor....

'Eat right

    You managed to put a smile on our faces tonight - we had some sad news here about another sibe crossing the Rainbow Bridge very suddenly and sadly. So it was nice to read your post and smile - we loved the "love thy neighbor" post a lot.

    Do you hear the laughing all the way from Colorado? Great photos. But, Sierra is the most beautiful of them all.

    Our 2 year old Lab still gets into puppy-like mischief if he doesn't get enough exercise. So, it's not always just a puppy thing!
